We commit that all of AZ’s hair products are made ENTIRELY from Vietnamese human hair and NO MIX SYNTHETIC FIBER. We only have one hair source: local human hair. All of our hair is sourced directly from Vietnam. It’s cut from the hair of Vietnamese women aged 18 to 30, particularly mountainous women. This is the ideal age for women, as this is when the amount of keratin in the hair (the substance that keeps hair smooth) is at its peak.
In the Vietnamese hair market, the quality grades of hair products are divided into three basic categories: Super Double Drawn, Double Drawn, and Single Drawn.
- Single-drawn hair is the category of the lowest hair thickness with just 40-50% of the hair having the same length. When you touch the hair, it appears thick at the root but very thin at the tail.
- Double-drawn hair refers to the 2nd rank in hair thickness with 60-65% of the hairs being the same length. Only 35-40% of your hair won’t show them too much and the double-drawn hair bundle looks full too.
- Super double-drawn hair is the highest rank in hair grade with 80-90% of the long hair strand as single-drawn hair and double-drawn hair, and the rest of the hair is short.
With more than a decades of operation experience, our organization is mainly engaged in research, and the production of the highest quality Raw Human Hair, Weave Hair, Colored Hair, Lace Closure and Frontal. AZ Hair has a strong production ability to supply all the trending hair textures with 18 hottest hair textures such as water wavy, loose curly, etc, and the latest hair color trends in the world with 42 distinct hair shades.
We are always available for Lace Frontal and Closure, but wigs are not currently available at our manufacturing. This hair item is being planned and will be introduced to the international hair market in the near future. In terms of Lace used to create Frontal and Closure, we are utilizing two types of lace: Swiss Lace and HD Lace.

In AZ, the minimum order quantity is about 0.3 kg (300 grams). However, we also understand that customers tend to place the small order (from 0.2 to 0.2kg) in order to previously test the hair quality, hair strands as well as hair color, so with the aim of bringing the best experience for the customers as well as to providing the most favorable condition for those purchasing our products, we also received the order with the minimum order quantity from 0.1kg (100 grams) to 0.2kg (200 grams).
Our prices do not include Closure/Frontal. However, we are always available for Lace Frontal and Closure so you can buy both Closure/Frontal and Bundles at the same time. To make a wig, you will need at least 3 bundles and 1 Closure or 2 bundles and 1 Frontal. All bundles are the full 100g weight, thick from root to tip. The longer the bundles are, the more bundles are required for your installation. And for the full head, depending on the look you are going for, we recommend the following guide:
- 14-16 inches: 2 or more bundles
- 16-26 inches: 3 or more bundles
- 26-32 inches: 4 or more bundles
After receiving your order, we will start to produce the hair according to your request. This production process can take 7-10 days depending on your order. After completing your order, we will conduct a video call or use other means to allow you to examine the product quality before delivery.
An exchange rate is a rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another currency. We can not show you the exact number for the current exchange rate. The exchange rate from Naira to US Dollars is a fluctuated number that can be changed based on the Agent.
We established big promo programs for special events with many attractive discounts along with a thousand special gifts for every order from the smallest to the biggest one. Each promo program has its own discount program. For the customer who buying hair in bulk, we only can say “The more you buy, the better price you will take”
We accept payments via bank transfer, Money Gram, One Pay, Paypal, Western Union, and Agent. After successfully placing your order and confirming the invoice, you will have to pay money in advance to have the factory produce your hair. The “payment on delivery” approach is currently unavailable in our payment policy because we do not deliver your product directly but rather through the Shipping agent. Furthermore, we will not send the order to the shipping agent until we have received full payment.
All customers who import hair from AZ Hair can choose to make a full payment or pay a certain part first. The deposit payment must equal 70% of the order value.
Currently, we have not offered the freeship program yet, we apply the shipping method through Agent to African countries, especially Nigeria because of its convenience and efficiency. The shipping fees have been calculated based on the weight of your order. We could not show you the specific numbers for the shipping fees because the range of the price is based on the shipping agent. Normally, it will take about 5-7 days from the day your packages have been sent to the shipping agent.
We will contact the customer via video call or other ways before delivering the shipments to shipping agents to assist the customer to inspect the quality of their hair products and ensure the accuracy of the order.
However, some matters may occur with the packages during the delivery process, but you do not need to be concerned because the company also provides a good guarantee policy.
